Where can I find this vest?

I am looking for the vest the canine is wearing.

Probably a kitbash  since I only found two products in the store with pouches, but not quite the same as the image one and the one in the image doesn't look like it fits properly.

I looked at those too, as well as the hot dog costume, which comes with a vest, and even harnesses and saddles for non-equine animals. I'm coming to the same conclusion, kit-bash. Either that or I've missed something.

You get a bit closer by adding the pockets from the 'service vest' to the 'support vest'.
