    I put Chayenne and two shape add-ons in my cart and tried to use the 4_24DAZPLUS coupon but it says coupon code is not valid. What am I missing?

    Prices of items change dramatically depending what order you put them in cart. The 50% DAZ items sale conflicts with the 70% off deal.

    Take the Futuristic Army Bunker off your wishlist and the price goes down.

    A zero ;) The code for the monthly coupon is 04_24DAZPLUS

    This part of the Cheyenne offer links to a page with only 11 seemingly random pre-G8 bundles. Is that selection correct? It seems a bit odd.
    Any word on this? The current page includes:

    - both Ophelia 7 Pro and Starter - why would you choose Starter when the price is set to $10 either way?

    - Sunny 7 Pro (but not Starter) and Tween Julie 7 Starter (but not Pro)

    - a small number of cheaper Daz Originals bundles, some of which are "Western"-ish in theme, but half of which seem random (Teen Josie 6 Add-on Bundle; Casual Recreation Bundle; DM's Retreat Bundle - ?)

    The selection is bizarre and mostly fails to offer an enticing incentive to purchase the Cheyenne bundle (unless you don't already have Ophelia 7 / Sunny 7 Pro). I can't imagine what someone would be thinking intentionally putting together this offer.

    I think i would get the wrong item. If I put it in the cart and then click on it from there it still shows the wrong product 

    I put it in the cart and left it there until it gets cleared up, and forgot about it. I just received the usual "You have items in your cart!" message, and the link in there opens the correct product page, albeit there is quite a number of attached qualifying strings on the link (317 extra characters tacked on). The regular store page is still borked...

    I still get the wrong page with Edge, but an InPrivate window goes to the correct one, as does Firefox, both not logged in. No time to pursue it anymore today...

    Okay, one more try. Turns out it was my browser cache. Cleared cached images and files and all is good again. Never had that be so persistent before.

    The "Plus" new releases are actually from the "School's Out for Summer" promotion. The store has the real new stuff listed, but how to get the proper promotion in play?

    The promotion seems to work despite the eligible new products not being visible on the promotion page. Here is a test cart, with a new non DO product showing the 50 % discount offered to Daz+ members, and a non DO featured product showing the 65 % discount (it also works with DOs, but I didn't want to do the maths to check if the proper discount is applied):

    There are actually new items today, but it looks like something got screwed up somewhere.

    If you look at the store's main /shop page, there are 12 items there at the top that weren't there yesterday, so perforce, those are today's new items.

    I think all today's new items are supposed to be on this page: https://www.daz3d.com/daz-plus-50-day

    None of them are there, though.

    Some of the prices are low enough -- MB Torey HD, TF Media Set, and maybe Tuesday HD -- that I wonder if maybe they're supposed to be Daz+ items, but they don't have the + symbol and aren't listed on the Daz+ page. If not, they seem to be part of some unlisted promotion somewhere.

    The promo page says that DD Animeyez for G9 is 50% off for DAZ+ members, but only shows as 30% in my cart. What am I doing wrong?

    The * says "*Items must be simultaneously in cart for discount to apply. Cannot be used to discount items already owned." ...but doesn't specify anywhere what else must be simultaneously in the cart.

    This is all the same issue. The new releases aren't being shown on the promo page and is instead showing School Days items it seems. I have notified them.

    Question: Does this freebie: https://www.daz3d.com/dance-academy require this: https://www.daz3d.com/dance-studio? No requirements are listed on the Dance Academy, but the description calls it an "expansion pack" for Dance Studio.

    Could you maybe also bring it up with them that the automatic '70% off of 3 Wishlist Items' promo with any of the two 'Welcome' artists from today should be tied to a coupon or something? Because it really really messes up better discounts that currently exist for some of my WL items and will make me not buy stuff from these new vendors to prevent that in the end if it isn't fixed.

    For instance, I have DAZ originals in my WL that are currently 80% off, but when I put them in my cart with, say, the nice Victorian Theater by Chriscox who is a today 'Welcome' PA, that discount drops to 70%.  Doesn't make much sense, does it? Maybe this could be fixed before the weekend. Thanks in any case, and have a good day ( night?).

    Dance Academy works on its own. I got it and it loads a room just like the promo images.

    It is an expansion because it's based on the same geometry files, but all the needed geometry files are included in the product download for dance academy too so the dance studio is not required.

    I want to bring more attention to this issue. New artists wishlist "discounts" actualy disincentivize to purchase their products.

    Usually, removing the item from the wishlist before buying it shoudl solve the problem.

    Yeah but if you end up not buying it, you now exclude this item from potential future promotions. Not ideal.

    While I was trying to figure out why I couldn't find the new items, I saw one highlighted in another thread, so I went to the main page, where it showed items I bought yesterday. I signed myself out, and the new items showed up. I signed myself back in and the old items returned, and below them the new items were listed, I put a couple in my cart, but as I tried to do a third, I was signed out by the store. I killed that false cart, signed back in, and successfully added that item to my existing cart. And fought against the 'cookies' notification at every step. This is exasperating.

    Did the 911 outage hit DAZ's computer programs also overnight?

    Just re-add it to your wishlist after. It won't qualify for the current wishlist discount anymore, but it should (usually) qualify again if another wishlist discount pops up in a week or two.
