I bought some stuff yesterday so I do have tokens and I thought I would buy a few more items today but after adding the items and going to the Cart I only see the items in the Cart and Proceed to Billing Info. My token section is gone I sent in a help request but it said it will take several days. Is anyone else having this problom?

All tokens expired at Daz midnight almost 6 hours ago.
Why would they do that? I just bought stuff yesterday. Do I still get tokens if I buy stuff and how would I know when a reset thing happens?
There is a countdown timer in the Token summary that ticks down to zero so you know how many days/hours/minutes you have left to use them.
But will I still get tokens if I buy now?
Not sure, the promotion might have ended. Hopefully someone who made a purchase today can verify.
Decided too bite the bullet and give it a shot. No go. We don't get tokens anymore so I guess I'm done buying until its brought back in another event :(
The token promotion ended yesterday at midnight, utah time.
I though when I looked at my token info a couple of days ago it said they were good until July 1 so I was suprised to not see them today.
Dutch guy here, so correct me if I'm wrong, but to my knowlegde 'until' means not including; if July 1st would be included it should have been 'up to and including'...
Yes, but that was in UTC time. Specifically it said they expired on July 1 at 0600 UTC.That is equivalent to DAZ midnight on 30 June.
To bad...I was planning to spend more today. I spent over $60 yesterday so I could build up tokens for weekend spend. Tokens meant I spent a lot more this year...oh well it was fun while it lasted

When the tokens were acceptable to and when they were removed is only part of the conversation. Everything yesterday suggested the sale was due to end at 11:59pm CDT yesterday. Even the promos were for "The Last Day". A 24 hour extension was never mooted. So if the sale was planned to be run on (it must have as todays banners all have the extension period pre-prepared), why not extend the token discounts too ? We naturally assume its all about profits. But what is the profit difference to a company that sells ephemeral products (those that do not exist in the real world like 3D model data) in a $15 item sold at 50% sale discount compared to the same product at 50% sale discount and then with 8 tokens allowing an additional 40% reduction ?
For transparency, I've enjoyed this sale, more than previous ones. I've spent well over what I should have, intended to and that my financial manager wanted me to. I bid farewell to 38 unused tokens last night but I'd written them off as the sale was effectively ending. And I was happy. But when you log back in in the cold light of day, there always seems to be one small element that makes you think something underhand is afoot.
Well played, DAZ... well played...
It is ambiguous. Using income tax filing as an example, the phrase "You have until April 15th to file" means a postmark of April 15th is acceptable and April 14th is not the last day to file.
In general, there are better ways to give a clear indication than using the word until.
I saw that I had 4 days left, did the calculation, came up with Saturday and assumed end of day DAZ time not beginning of day. DAZ has done this before where details have not been as clear as they could be.
Additional note, Midnight is 0:00 or 12am so the beginning of the day. 23:59 or 12:59pm is the end of the day.
Errm, 12:59pm is lunchtime the next day. And that then starts a whole new story involving lawyers, late fees and an avocado (renders will be expected to accompany any thoughts ).
I am sure your inadvertant typo meant 11:59pm (nothing personal, I'm still of that age where I get triggered seeing people intentionally writing midnight as 12pm )
Yes, I just didn't happen to catch the UTC details when I read it and I didn't click on the little info link again in the passing days to discover the additional information. At one point I had 6 tokens. 3 expired that day, 2 expired the next day and the final one expired another day later. More little hoops to jump through.
Argh, yes the time was a typo on my part.
