HDR City Backdrop?

Those look like screenshots of the Cyberpunk 2077 skyline. I doubt that can be purchased anywhere. But I could be wrong.

I do them with Flowscape occasionally and cooked "games" I make with Unreal

(reminded again I have lost all that as on the External that stopped working  my Steam library was on it too)

That company sell on the Unreal marketplace,  so Game assets is one of its specialties.

Screenshots TAKEN from a game on an item that has "This product is sold under an editorial license."

because it looks like a real wourld car and they are worried about coppyright. LOL
