Maketplace product support?

Hello,

I have problems with a couple of products I bought in the marketplace but I can't find any product support contact. How can I get in contact with the authors?

Normally the users don't directly contact PAs unless there're product commercial threads in which PAs give online support or some PAs show up here from time to time, to whom you may PM.
