HeadShopPRO - DAZ Studio Plugin (WIN) - System Exception: "No .json config files found!"

I bought this product a couple of days ago. I have installed it. My Daz Studio is on my E drive and I thought the attached instructions PDF was very clear on how to install it to the right directory. I also got around the issue of the Apply button not appearing with a new project so that was all fine as well.

My photo selection was fine and the image appeared and the program started working with the reference point dots appearing on the face, etc. But at this point I got an error message about an unhandled exception occurring. Looking into the Details it states "System Exception: No .json config files found!"

Can anyone shed some light on what I might be doing wrong and how to resolve this issue?

    thanks for reaching out to tech support (abalonellc@yahoo.com). Please follow the steps I outlined. If still no luck, let's do a skype screen share - works 100%.

    I re-installed and reset my Daz Studio preferences as per pge 41 of the guide you sent me and it worked!
