Blink coupon code not working

I just tried the Blink code for today, SUNDAY-SAVING, and the site wouldn't take it. What's going on here? I'm going to miss out of several specials when this thing times out.

I don't plan to use the code but to test the system, I loaded a New Release item and a grab bag item into my cart and the code worked.

I've tried several time already and no luck. I'm going to wait a few hours and try again later.

Do you definitely have a item with the green "New" tag in there which is over $1 in addition to your items from the promo link?

I'd just tried and it is working for me.

Okay, just checked and all the items I chose have been cycled out of the sale. So, I looked for one thing with a green 'new' tag, added it, and then added one of the items in the sale. Guess what.... didn't work. So, where do I find the "new releases' list because I just don't see one, just what's on the first page with green 'new' lables.

Okay, just played around with it and came up with these observation.

First, since the promotion changed since this morning, I can't check out the wording for the ad. I don't remember seeing anything about having to buy a new release. But, since the new release wasn't on the blink sales page, I wouldn't have noticed it.

Second, the code also changed from this morning to HAPPY-SAVINGZ. I ended up going to my Daz+ sales page, choosing an item I really didn't want or need, and tried one of the new blink items. It worked.

This is a case of Daz not being clear with their advertisements and seperating everything to make us go through endless pages to figure out what they mean. Go figure.

Well, indeed the promo has changed so we can only go via our memories but I am pretty sure the previous one also had similar working so the first part said "Buy any new release over $1 and use coupon code...". This will be why myself and jjoyner mentioned the new release.

The new releases will never be listed on the link the promo goes to because then you'd have people complaining that they were not priced at £4.99/£3.99. However, the terms/qualifying text should always be on the promo banner, which in this case I am pretty sure it was.

You can see the new releases just by scrolling down on the main shop page, they should be at the top as sort by "New Arrivals" is the default and they will all have an overlay saying "New" in green in the top left corner.

EDIT: Indeed the text was there, see below:

The ads say New Grab Bag Every 6 Hours, so yes, the items change throughout the day.

You're probably right about the ad's statement. In other promotions in the past I saw the regular priced items (new releases, etc) on the same page as the special discounted items. They weren't grab bag sales, but similar. I guess I'm just used to seeing the ads together like that. Daz keeps changing the way they do things and it's hard to keep up where what is. For instance, the Daz+ freebies keep changing around and onto different pages.

BTW, I did try one item from the new release from the main page and it didn't work. Chose another, cheaper one and it did. Didn't need either. Most of the new releases are for Gen 9 models which I currently have no interest in. I almost had to buy one of them before finding a cybercycle, though I really didn't need it but it was $10 cheaper.
