Hold ctrl to pose doesn't work anymore

Hi,

When holding ctrl to pose a character by selecting a pose from the menu, nothing happens anymore. The manu with the coordinated etc... doesn't appear anymore. Any idea what's causing it  and how to restore it??

    You dbl-clicked on a pose preset while holding Ctrl key, but Pose Preset Load Options dialogue box didn't show ? AFAIK, it's a default function, there's no configuration for its activation / deactivation...

    It's not working anymore :/ always worked but now when I hold ctrl nothing happens the usual menu doesn't stop up I have no idea what to do
