LECS Genesis 8 Female purchase not importing into Unity properly.
Hi all im wondering if i could get some help guidance on an issue i am having when importing a recently purchased chararcter into Unity.
I purchased this character (https://www.daz3d.com/lecs-for-genesis-8-females) for a project I am working on, the main reason being it is compatible with the Daz to Unity Bridge. I setup the character how I want it and I have followed all the instructions on how to import. I have had two issues, originally it was compleletly smooth and I have no idea why it did this but on playing with some of the brifge settings I was able to get it to import better but its still not right. It's like its losing the amount of polygons it initially had for the detail (around the helmet ears) and it's not lining up properly, its also lost the facial features too. Ive tried playing around with the settings and subdivisions but nothing seems to make it better.

Is this work or hobby question, if it is work or in any way might cause you loss of money or work then I can't answer you. And to be clear I don't work for Daz or represent their opinions I'm just a forum member.
So... the problem starts with DavyYabbo items that they are modelled at SubD4 and then use GeoShells. What you end up with is 2,000,000 triangles and then another 2,000,000 triangles in the shell. (it's not letting me attach files so links added)
At first I got the Subd level 0 without baking in the options, even though I had selected Subd4. Then I got SubD 4 without the geoshells (I had deleted them ), then finally all 4,000,00 triangles!!!!!
I only have MissQuito and Gyn-01 from the PA so used MissQuito for my example, but should be the same for you

Be aware I'm in normal/old render pipeline with my project at the moment but baking the subd brings the mesh through..... not sure why I didn't get the red textures
