Neck-head placement morph?

Feel free to tell me this already exists, but I'd love a way to morph where the neck and head connect, particularly for animal-like characters walking at a crouch. Right now, turning off limit and bending the head appropriately looks... bad. The neck ends up folding a bit.

There are other problems, of course -- when I scale the thighs the merge between the geograft and regular thighs ends up bad, but... the big problem is the neck.
