No order confirmation email

Edit: Embarressed as hell here, sorry, I just found the emails in my spam folder, I NEVER put it there so no idea if it's something Daz is doing wrong, most likely it's my mail program acting up, I clicked move to inbox on both email but only the latest is possible to move strangely enough, I will try to remember to look in the spam folder on the next order. Sorry to make a thread for nothing .

 

I got no order confirmation email, the 2nd time this happened, on my last 2 purchases, is this something that Daz is aware of and are fixing? Sorry, it's 3.19 in the night/morning in my time of the world, I'm overdue to relax after a long day working w my art to be able to sleep, no time to look through threads looking for if someone else has the same issue, sorry. So: is this as knowns problem? I need those email, I always check that it's correct, it's part of my routine, and it's common pratice to send out these emails, so I need this fixed. Is it known? or do I need to send a help request? is this happening to everyone? Need the time to fill in the request to other stuff so hope to hear that they are working on this. Can this confirmation be read somewhere until then? Thanks in advance for replies in this!

I've totally disabled spam filters on all my email accounts, they're too unreliable.  I dont get much spam anyway, even on my 20+ year old main email address which is probably known by half of the world's spammers/scammers it's only a few if any at all, per day.  So it's easier just to delete them than constantly checking spam filters for legit mails that's ended up there.  It was bad at times in the past but these days it looks like email spam/scams in general has been eliminated quite effectively, at least where I am.
