Do the vendors selling the products create the renders that are used in the advertising?

If  not can the artist(s) making the image be contacted for technical information?

PAs usually create their own promo renders, but sometimes they hire a promo artist.

Promos for DAZ Originals are often done by a promo artist hired by DAZ.

 

If you have a question on a promo render you can always try asking in the forums.
