Is it possible to make the object inside the figure not move?

Good day!

Let's say there is a figure that has a movement animation. If you drag an object into it, it will follow it. Is it possible to make this object stay inside the figure but not move?

    If the object isn't parented to the figure, it will move independently.

    Do you have an example? Depending on what it is I would think if you move it to where you want it and parent it, it should work fine
