Iray Shader needed

I'm trying to create a Wonder Woman render based on the Lynda Carter version but I can't find a shader for her bottoms - a blue, shiny shader with white stars. 

Has anyone seen one or know someone I can ask to make one for me for a price?

I don't have it, but it looks like Iray Super Shaders Patriotic Patterns (Merchant Resource) might give you what you want?
