Weird behavior with DAZ's website

What is going on with the site's filter?

Sorted by Least to Highest price. This sort of thing has been going on for several days now.

The links for the DAZheads all go to the DAZ main page, and most of the links for the others all go to the "Oops" page. Only the Village Pub and VB Explosions load to their normal pages.

Also, DAZ would not allow me to post the picture directly from my computer as either .jpg or .png. I was getting an "Internal 500" error.

As a friend would put it: "Weirder Than Normal, Yet Again."

They're "fixing" the website.sad  The ability to post pictures comes and goes sporadically. Yesterday and today I get a new "home" page, that requires that I click on "COMMUNITY" to get to a page where I can click on "COMMUNITY" again to finally get to the forum pages.  A work in progress?frown

The ones with the Daz logo that only link to the homepage are probably products that have been pulled from the store for one reason or another. The Oops ones could either be pulled products or ones that have had the URL changed but not updated properly.

Obviously in an ideal world these products would not be included in the store catalogue at all but perhaps there is some caching or other issue that is still showing them to users.

Please don't just lump issues together - the forums are a separate system from the store and user accounts.

This does seem as if it may be related to an issue a couple of products were having yesterday (in that they had broken product library pages and no apparent store page) so we have sent the issue on as an addition to that.

Strange... The Village Pub gives me the OOPS page, VDB Explosions does open the product page

Only, now, the Village Pub is gone, and VB Explosions are also going to OOPS.

Perhaps this is just DAZ's process of "retiring" old products that may have had some useful info on their original product pages that are not contained within the Documentation SKU pages--not that that those SKU pages are completely indexed, either!

Village pub is not an old product, it was released a month ago

Well, in that case, we're back to it being "weird" again.

Better call Special Agent Mulder! wink

...the last week or so I've been signed out every time I click my book marked link to the forums and have the "Keep me signed in" box checked.   Hopefully this will be temporary while they're moving the furniture about, repainting the walls, and re-carpeting the floor.
