Getting upgrade parts for Dell Latitude 7480

I have a Dell Latitude 7480.  An idea came into my mind.  I could replace some of the parts of the laptop to make it faster and better.

I am trying to get the ballpark figure to save up to in order to afford the upgrades.  I can upgrade the internal HDD to 1 tb or maybe more like 2 tb.  I can upgrade the ram to 16 gb or 32 gb.  I know I need a usb thumb drive to put windows onto the new HDD.

I would like to get a second laptop charger for the laptop.

I doubt I can get or afford a nvidia gpu for a laptop.
