Well, I think I accidentally broke Daz Central

There is an option in the upper right corner to change the download location for assets. I wanted to change that to a secondary drive, so I did. I didn't take notes of where it was previously, but based on the location of previously downloaded assets, it's somewhere in the neighborhood of "C:/Users/(My name)/Documents/DAZ 3D/ Studio/My Library. I downloaded one thing to see if it worked. Well, it went into the folder I prepared for it, but when I tried to open it in Daz Studio, there were files missing. It had me download it through Daz Studio, which installed it to the C drive. It's like Studio was expecting it to be on my C drive, not my Secondary. I no longer think this will work and I want to change it back. In Central, looking at my assets no longer tells me which ones I already have installed. It gives me the option to install it, even the ones I know are already installed.

Rats! I think I broke my whole Daz Studio system. Now nothing shows up in my Smart Content tab at all. If it's going to be like that, maybe I should basically delete mostly everything related to Daz on my C drive, using the file explorer, and install it all naturally, all over again.

That sounds as if you chnaged the base path used by Daz Central, and in the process chnaged the location for content, the database, and so on. If you were previously using C:/Users/(My name)/Documents/DAZ 3D/ Studio/My Library that sounds as if you were using the defaults from Install manager, rather than Daz Central, anyway - if so, open Install Manager and click the gear icon to get to its advanced settings, then right-click should enable you to reset its paths to defaults.
