Weird this hair isnt included in the Sakura Pro bundle, cant seem to find, anyone know where its from?

No, Sakura was released way before Kanade hair.

I know I've seen that hair, it's definitely an older product, you could try a search for either anime or toon pigtails.

Been diggin to no avail. Its POSSIBLE it could be he one ya mentioned but having played with it have yet a way to discover a shader or setting that would make it work.

If anyone stumbled on it please give me a shout! =)

There doesn't seem to be a way to do it here, but you could try sending a PM to DemonicaEvilius or Jessai over at Renderosity and see if they could tell you?

It's a very old free hair by Akatora called TwinTail hair :) it was manually fit to the character with plastic shaders modified.
