how can i make dforce shirts look tighter? like if your figure its bulky, it shouldn't look so loose/

Set the expansion/contraction ratio of the cloth in the surfaces tab to a value below 100 % and let the simulation run.

 learn something new about DS every day, LOL I use dforce in nearly every project and have a few items that do contract and always wondered what/where the settings were that made that happen
