    Add a little more light on the centaur - either use a spotlight or a linear point light near her.  Use the color picker to make the light a very pale yellow - warm light will bring her out of the background.

    I will do that net time I go to render it out again, I am planning on doing it over again this weekend!

    Nice! smiley You can rotate HDRIs, to get the lighting from the direction you want it. I don't have DS open, but I think it should be under Environment as "Dome Rotation" or something. Change the number to anywhere between 0 and 360 to spin the sky around, and play with it until you get an angle you like. Some HDRI sets come with utilities for rotation, so you don't have to do it manually. Check in the folders if you've got any.

    You can also try boosting the light on the centaur with a spot- or point light, like someone suggested. Some HDRIs don't have very strong light sources, and a bit of extra light can make all the difference.
