ERROR of OctaneRender™ for DAZ Studio™ Activation Manager during installation

It happened at the end of installing "OctaneRender_for_DazStudio_2022_1_1_306_PRIME". The window of the error message is unable to scale, I tried everything.

I think it is due to the failure of octanelive so I can not activate.

network status： in China, with Clash, also tried to close the Clash but the same.

    acctually the installing process did not give me the chance to fill in the account. the error is directly before the checking

    Just a wild guess, but it kind of sounds like your anti-virus software or firewall is not allowing your computer to communicate with Otoy's servers.
