I'm so angry right now.
When [There was an error processing this request] that phrase first popped up, I thought my card was wrong. So I tried to pay by switching to several cards.

But that phrase keeps popping up and I can't pay.

I'm in a situation where I have to buy an asset in a hurry, but I lost the day because of this.
Yesterday, the payment went well with the same card, but what's the reason?

    I only see that message when I use a coupon code, and it actually means that the coupon is working. If I wait a few seconds, the error message goes away and everything works. If the coupon code does not work, a different message appears saying it is invalid.

    Yes, as Barbult says it's usually harmless - did you wait to see if it would go away, or did it eprsist and stop you from going any further? If so you most likely need to open a support ticket, attaching a screenshot of the error (they should otherwise be able to see your account, but can't check out with your card to test it).

    This is just happening to me right now. Anyone facing same issues?
    Tried different cards, tried paypal, but nothing really worked. It started from last Sunday and hasn't solved yet.

    It happened to me the other day when trying to use a gift card. So I changed my address to match the information the gift card company had for me, and then the gift card worked just fine.

    Thank you so much Catherine! My problem just solved too. It turned out that I was also having an address problem too. 
    The system somehow created a corrupted address information, and it needed a data cleaning on their side to fix it.
    Cleaning was done, and everything is working now!

    I'm trying to buy Bryce Pro and I'm getting the same error "There was an error processing this request.". Tried different cards but still no go. I have no gift card. I have no ad blocker.

    I didn't find any contact form on the web site, so I'm asking here, my last hope.

    Is there any fix for this?
