how undo full screen mode?

plyi9ng around i clicked on full screen mode. wow, quickly I have side creen on my macboo, the image of one of my characters jumped to full screen on my macbook screen. i can get it back on the extended screwen by switchin to pose & animate, but i need to be where i can seled sctors. how can i return it to usable size on my extended screen?

Push the cursor to the top of the screen and after a second or two the top bar will pop down and you can click on the green circle.
