How to determine how much VRAM is being used? How to record render times?

Hello,

I want to do some experimentation. I have a handful of GPUs. I'll set up a test render, and test the various GPUs. Time how long it takes and how much VRAM is used.

So. Without watching the time tick by, is there a way to record how long a render took? Is that logged somewhere?

Also, how can I determine how much VRAM is being consumed? Is there a tool build in? Or will I need to download one?

Thanks in advance.

GPUs:  1050ti (base line),  1080 (single), 1080 (duo), 2060 Super (single) 2060 Super (duo), 2070 (single) 2070 (duo), 3060 12Gb (single) and 3080 (single)

The Daz Studio log file will tell you how many iterations were performed and how long it took. I don't know the best way to determine VRAM usage.

A number of versions ago the log also had information on VRAM usage (no idea why it was removed).

I think the general recommendation is to use GPU-Z for tracking of VRAM usage.
