[Mira 9 - Just how old is she supposed to be?] I mean, the body looks like an older teen/young adult, but that skin... has she never heard of sunblock?

I'm not sure I like that face at all, but that's a good thing. Yeah I complained about this last time, but I reiterate that having the alternate shapes tied to the pro bundle is a horrbile thing to do. Also, what is this "Owners and Buyers of Mira 9 Pro Bundle get her Alternate Shapes GIFTED" In the past bundles you couldn't buy the alt shapes so there was no price attached to them anyway, why are they trying to make it sounds like something has changed with that?
I will say, having the alt shapes for a limited time even for the pro bundle and having them "vaulted" after Sept. 9th seems like a new low.
People say if you don't like something at a store speak with your wallet, so that's what I'm doing. No buy from me, maybe no buys from me for the foreseeable future.
I DO NOT like this character. I think out of all the G9's so far, she's my least favorite. She has a really ugly transition between the brow and bridge of the nose that only gets worse when an expression is added. Hard pass. :(
Yea, Mira 9 seems to be suffering all the same problems Josie 9 had.
Same "bad skin", same curled top lip.
That said there is this from the shop page...

So some of those settings maybe for the different age categories. The "elderly" promo just looks like she's around late 30's or early 40's with gray dyed hair. So not "elderly" by my definition. Some others may think different than me though.
The Victoria 9 HD flagship character really did set the bar to high in some respects. Going to be difficult to compete with that.
This one is a pass for me too. Frankly, there isn't anything in the bundle that I can convince myself that I have a legitimate need for. I don't actively *dislike* the character. But I don't see much of a need for her either.
I'm getting steadily less interested in any of the G9 offerings, the more often they introduce one.
There's some promo pics for her that look like a different character, with the rose tattoos. Wonder what happened there
Let's face it, DAZ's writers have never had a really good grasp on using words in the English language in the way that they were meant to be used. Half of the time I'm not sure if they even knew what they were trying to say, and given how much confusion there is on the part of everyone trying to Monday Morning Quarterback the meanings of their word-spackle the next day, I'm pretty sure I;'m not alone in that. As for this character bundle... basic body shape is nice, but there's something fundementally wrong with the mouth and how it creases around the lips and edges... look a the included expression pack and some of them look like more like someone is pulling on parts of her face with multiple sets of needlenosed pliars than the actual work of muscles moving under skin. Positives - well, the tattoo parlor is okay though less comprehensive than other Tat Parlors that are already in the store and Xtrart-3D's latest bit of Fetwear has a few new twists for the budding bondage enthusiast. Even with a full 8 Tokens applied, however, the whole thing seems rather overpriced.

True. The distance between the eyebrows is very wide; that always looks ugly. The wrinkles in the facial expression are also extremely bulging.
She looks 19, with a decidely urban attitude.
Not sure what people are complaining about, as she looks pretty normal to me. The glabella seems to start a little bit low, resulting in a very pronounced flat area between the brows, but it's not something I've never seen in real life. Whether the brows are too close or too far apart is debatable, because they're spaced pretty normal in my opinion. Spacing between the brows is a bit of an ethnical thing and what people are used to. In some regions of the world Mira would be considered run of the mill, but to people from a region with a tendency towards monobrows, she'd probably look odd. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and heavily influenced by the norm we were brought up with.
Agreed. She appears to have some ethnicity (in my opinion) that would be common in some places in the world. I don't like the punk vibe but that's a personal thing that's me, not the PAs or DAZs fault..
I'm not really impressed by the contents of the Pro bundle and the lowest I'v been able to get it down too is $37.25 with 8 tokens. Too pricey for what I get; so, a definite pass for me.

I have her pro bundle in the cart along with the "free" licenses, and they aren't free.
If the lowest you are seeing is $3725 you should probably put in a ticket... :)
$126.69 for the pro bundle. simple insanity. especialy when you know 6 months from now the pro bundle will be in those 70% off sales for $30ish bucks. the morphs and skins aren't all that impressive to me for my use. hard pass, like so much of G9 products.
How can you geit lower than $37.25?
I would buy the character and the alt shapes, maybe even the make-ups and curly hair, but I HATE side cut hair styles. They don't look good on anyone ever. I hate the tattoos. I hate the facial piercings. I hate the gagued ears. There's so much in the bundle that I OUTRIGHT HATE but I would pay for the character and the alt shapes. Daz just doesn't think these things through

I can't get the pro bundle lower than the $62.08. I don't have any tokens. What else are you guys doing to get it lower? Normally there are add-ons to get you to a higher % off but I don't see any add-ons. I added two other new items from today, which got me to 66% off the pro bundle...but the third item I added did nothing. There's really nothing in the pro bundle that I really want/need...so even tho I like the character, I will probably just buy the character and that's it.
The only way I was able to get it lower than that was by applying my 8 tokens.
+1 But @joelegecko (or somebody) is really impressing me with his promos for her.
They know people have FOMO and try to play on our worst character flaws.... Luckily flash sales that don't deliver what they state and other poor paractices mean they are on my [naughty] list at the moment so can't have my money.
I saw a post from RichardH stating no-one at Daz want people to buy items they don't need to get deals on other items... not sure that is anywhere near true!
Yeah, it sort of requires completely ignoring what's become DAZ's fundamental "in order to get this at X price you have to buy this from this little tiny selection at XxZ price" marketing strategy, increasingly fluff-heavy bundle combinations, forced upgrades to increasingly more resource consumptive softwear updates that require purchase of increasingly more expensive graphic cards, and repeated retirements of popular figure lines, even when their own marketing verbiage seems to indicate that the last two generations have sold less than their predecessors.
I like her, but everything else in the pro bundle is "I can wait for it to be one sale, like SERIOUS sale!" I was able to get the pro bundle down to $48.48 by using my "08_23DAZPLUS" coupon and 3 available tokens. I have three other new side items in the cart as well. I will pull the trigger later this evening after researching all the side deals available.
This promo picture alone was the decider for me!
I did two test carts, the first one with the Pro bundle and three add-ons, the Nocturne textures, the expression collection, and the stone jewelry earring pack and got the bundle to drop to $39.04, with 6 tokens and my DAZ+ coupon applied. They went down 78% off and the total cost of that cart was $57.29.
The second test cart has only the expression collection, Mira 9 HD, her makeup, the XYZ Natural Curly Hair, the Yoga Clothes, and the stone jewelry earring pack which are the items I really like and with those 6 tokens and the DAZ+ coupon, they are 80% off and the cart is $36.04.
It is not to say the other items are done poorly or are bad, it is just that I have no use for Goth, Guaged, Pierced, Bondage, tattoos, and more shaved-side hairs with dreads. I have versions from Gen 4 up to G8.1 and they sit now in my uninstalled area of DIM. That is just me and my preference to spend my time on.

GIven that I don't actually use characters, I have bought a lot of G9 pro bundles when enough stuff in the bundle is interesting/useful (to my specific - and no doubt atypical - needs), and I can whittle down the pro bundle price to a sufficiently attractive level to act. LIke others, I can get this one down to $37.25 but unless a really attractive coupon falls out of the sky, I'm passing. I just plain have no application for the subject matter.
