Help with iray basic shader

Hello folks. I've been fiddling with this pedestal for a bit trying to get it to look like it does in 3Delight.
It's supposed to be more tan. I don't fully understand how the glossy/specular setting work differently in iray compared to 3Delight yet,
been only experiementing with iray for a few days, but I suspect that "something" is set too high which is causing the tan color to wash out.
I am finding that fiddling with the base color overpowers the actual texture color too much. Any help is appreciated.

Try pulling the Diffuse Roughness back to zero and set the Base Mixing to Metalicity/Roughness. Also what you see in the viewport, unless it is set for Iray, isn't how it will look in the render. I use the AUX Viewport set to Iray which lets you see a pre-render of the scene. If it slows the machine down when making adjustments just hide it and then open it again when done.
Thank you fishtales! I adjusted the settings and am using the iray drawstyle to preview. Still looks a bit white. Very mysterious to me. Perhaps it is just reflecting too much light still.
What settings directly relate to how glossy and how specular? Is it setting the glossy rgb value?
Try plugging the pedestal .jpg into the Glossy Colour slider.
Ok, after some fiddling I think I got it pretty close to what I was thinking with:
Thank you for your help Mr. Fishtales!
