Getting Lie Presets to Work

I have an issue, and with my luck there's probably nothing that can be done about it. I used a shader on the skin of G9F and then tried to apply a Lie Preset tattoo, yet it won't show up. It's only if I apply something other then a character skin that this happens.

Does anyone know of a way I can get the tattoo to show up on any version of Genesis, after you apply a none skin shader, in this case an iray leather shader by ParrotDolphin.

Is the shader tiled in the Surfaces pane? The tattoo probably assumes surface tiling of 1.

If there is no texture map in Base Color slot, it might result in such an issue. Go to LIE Editor in Base Color of the relevant surface,  change tattoo layer's Blend Mode to Alpha Channel Blend, see if it works..

It was one of these, she has 2 sets and I picked a red one from here. It has 4 images in the runtime for the texture part of the shader, then just used daz to color each preset.

    Here's the tattoo   https://www.renderosity.com/freestuff/items/95551/lie-tattoo-2-snakes-ornament

Crosswind, I found the lie tattoo on the body of the character under the surfaces tab, however I don't see anything that says LIE Editor, or Blend Mode or Alpha Channel. Did I miss something I was suppose to do in order to see that?

Not sure what I did differently this time but now it's showing up, I applied the shader then the LIE tattoo and only had to change the tiling to 1 in horizontal and vertical and now it's there.

And no it didn't work, shows up in the scene, but not in iray preview or in render, in fact the whole torso goes black
