Weird issue with purchased items appearing unpurchased

I bought this:

Now I am used to Starter Bundles appearing unpurchased when I've bought a Pro bundle, and that is irritating, and I am not entirely convinced by breaking up an outfit into shoes/pants/top or whatever.

But here I have bought the outfit, but the individual items appear unpurchased in the store. As far as I know this is just the one item that does it for me, so it makes me grumpy but I can handle the pain. But I wondered if anyone else was experiencing similar issues. That would suggest wider problems with the Daz database. I could put in a ticket, I realise, but I wondered if this was a more widespread issue than (as far as I know) just one outfit and just me.

    If you purchased that outfit bundle then the 4 separate products included should definitely show as purchased. It only contains a 210KB file and so is useless without the products contained. That definitely sounds like an error on your account and you should file a ticket for it.

    The store listing sometimes glitches, and shows items as not-purchased, but when one refreshes the page, it starts to behave. The product pages of those items have still shown the correct status.

    This may sound silly, but check to be sure you're logged into your account. That happened to me one time and it was because it logged me off.

    This has happened a few times for me as well.

    It doesn't look as if this is a widespread problem. As suggested above, I put in a ticket. Support told me they couldn't replicate my issue, but they 'refreshed' the outfit in question, and now all the individual elements appear as purchased: unlike some support tickets, this was dealt with almost immediately. So problem solved, and I don't have to worry about this being a broader issue that I just haven't noticed anywhere else.

    For me the bonus for that greek themed sale (the one where you buy everything and then get an exclusive item that's not available to buy separately and is only available for those who bought everything from that themed sale) is no longer in my account.
