Today I purchsed this product http://www.daz3d.com/i13-modern-loft , I load it on daz3d and i press rendering to see how it looks, I ray rendering. the problem is that im getting this error listed below on file all the time, I m rendering with daz a long time now without any problem, the problem appeared when i load this product. I have contact to technical support via submit ticket but noone has answer me yet. Could y help me with this? thanks.

My system has high specs and im rendering good with daz always.16gb ram +4gn ram on graphic card nvidia gforce 850m intel core i7

Noone is answering, Daz support not answering, the owner of the product is not answering....

If you only put the ticket in today, please give them time to respond.  I'm not sure how you tried to contact the vendor, but they may not check messages regularly.
