Question about the leg bends on the G9 figures

The G9 character's leg bend shape is very strange, it's not as natural as G8 or 8.1, how should this problem be solved?

What character are you using because I don't get that with the base G9
I forgot to mention that everything works fine on the original G9, and this problem only occurs with figures from third-party artists
Some PAs arent linking their custom JCMs to their character body morph so are active for all characters.
It is not G9 issue, it is faulty character.
Thanks, there were indeed some hidden sliders activated, I've solved the problem but I don't know exactly what triggered it, anyway thanks again for your help!
Yes you do, the name of the sliders that were active and causing the issue will relate to a faulty character or product install. That faulty product is what is causing it.
So uninstall that product or it will happen every time you do a shin bend.
(or fix the faulty product by adjusting the property heirarchy and saving out the morph to overwrite the old one)
(Also: saying what the slider was will help people in future who google this issue.)
The free base is just that, a basic starting point. Yes it is a bi pedal humanoid figure. If you want an interesting character, you have to buy morphs from the store. Because, as with anything in life, you have to spend some money for the things you want.
This is an issue caused by a JCM (which are now called CBS) that was either not meant for that character, or was simply poorly made.
JCM's are fixes put in to help unique body shapes bend nicer. Rigging is initially set up to a base figure, but the further a morph deviates from that base, the more correctives are needed to make the character bend nicely....believe me, I make tons of them with my weird characters.
So like was suggested, show hidden properties and see if there are any jcm/cbs active on that leg bend and dial them out.
Nor me.
It is still a Daz issue, because they need to be catching this stuff in QA before it gets to the store. They have to protect their product better.
And I still consider this a flaw in design if it is that easy to screw up your entire library with one bad morph. There should be some kind of protection that prevents linking "unknown" JCMs to the default morphs. Like it flags the JCM during the process to save or perhaps during ERC, and warns the user (or PA) that there is a conflict with the existing base morphs. If Daz can make this kind of pop up warning, that alone would prevent most of these conflicts from happening. That is how I would approach this problem, because it is only getting worse. I also think this would help amateurs and budding PAs a lot. Overhauling the process of making a morph in general.
I do feel that the JCM/CBS/CNN for the base figure should only need very minor tweaks for specific characters. So I'd expect with G9
The specific character JCM/CBS/CNN/BBC/ITN/C4N/FOX should ideally be minimal, so if the character is not too far from the default, you'll need almost nothing.
I suspect the way DS works is that there are no para 1 & 2 JCM/CBS/CNN/BBC/ITN/C4N/FOX/BUZZ morphs & the character one has to provide everything.

Richard
You wrote that in a confusing way, but if you are asking whether Gen 9 base figure has CBS that are active under certain conditions, it does.
Look in the directory data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 9\Base\Morphs\Daz 3D
There are many CBS for base figure and additional CBS for Masc and Feminine base morphs.
PAs can do whatever they want on top of those or in place of those, provided they set up the property heirarchy properly, which this PA who caused OP's problem did not do.
