CR2 PP2 etc visible in Studio Folders...please

Is there a way, a plugin, an option to show CR2's, PP2's and other older generation items in the Studio Folders, versus having to keep them in a seperate Poser specific location?  

It is SUCH a pain to look for a specific hair (for example) and scroll through 30-40 hair items, and then realize, oh wait, that is probably in my DS folders, not the Poser Folders.

Since Daz can obviously "load" both DUF's and CR2's...why not just make the CR2's visible?  Converting thousands of items to to duplicate DUF's is just not worth it...

...or am I missing something?

So,  I tested and can dump my DUF files into my Poser folders, and make fake PP2's.  (If that works, why not just show DUF's in the Poser Content structure?!?)

What this means is I need a batch script to create fake PPT files for every DUF/DSF I have...then I can merge them.

....OR a Daz Dev can pop-in and say, ok to show the files, do this -> ?

Richard made a script to create the dummy Poser files, I'm not sure if it works with .duf, however, as it was several years ago.

Great, now to sit by the curb and wait for Richard to make the rounds!  :)

On the flip side, Tech Support said:

1. Not currently possible
2. They let the dev team know and they will take into consideration your request.
3. "...the population of Poser users is dropping"

LOL!  I didn't ask for that last statistic...but it was offered in response to the fake PP2 hack.

Found it...the PrepDSFiles script.  Thanks Richard, off to see if it works in DS 4.8

In custom categories both types are displayed in the same folder without any restriction and poser types can be mixed.
