It would be very helpful and less misleading if all the products used in the promos were listed therehave beem many time i bought products based on the product promos only to find out

that they didnt include certain things. I then have to search for hours to find those things (PLEASE LIST THEM!)

They are getting better at this. The problem is promo shots are allowed to use items that are not sold at DAZ so they won't list them. Which I understand completely, It's bad buisness to give free advertising to the competition.

Can you give an example where you had confusion and where it listed the item you thought was included?

While everything used in the promo may not be listed, some vendors do try to list them.  I try, but later have realized I missed some things here and there.  However, what's included should make it clear what is and isn't in the package.  You can always submit a ticket if you find that something in the package wasn't listed.

Pardon my boldness, Vhadarmis, but I have found that, on the contrary, it is very good business to help your customers with whatever they seek, even if it means sending them to a "competitor." It is counterintuitive, and it seems counterproductive, but it is actually very good business. I have practiced this for fourteen years (when it was first taught to me), and I have seen undeniable gains as a result.

Thank you, 1st Bastion, I didn't know that, nor have I ever watched the movie. "Give to him who asks you, and from him who wants to borrow from you do not turn away." And the great Dale Bozzio of Missing Persons adds, "Give. If you have anything at all to give, you have everything to live for. After you've given all you can: Give again, give again, give again." Children of all ages think this a most preposterous teaching, for they say: "All the freeloaders and leeches will just come and take advantage of you!" But they do not know that once you have, by repeatedly practicing this, shown yourself to truly be a lover of humankind, most of the leeches are kept away, but those who are truly in need are sent to you. And you are increased because it is clear that you will pass it on, even to those who dislike you. BTW, I picked up your Secluded Shoreline and Cave Waters One near the end of the PA sale, and I am so happy about them! Your products fill a very important niche. If I may, however, the muted lighting and colours of your promos do not always grab the eye's attention. Fortunately, I have discovered you; so I am always on the lookout for any new release. Thank you so much for your great products!

    A very good policy.

  • Using unavailable items in promo shots is....bad form.

I don't know about anybody else, but I'm having a devil of a time finding the shirt and tie, used on the model for the Eclectic Braid renders.
