Modern Contemporary Rooms - Mansion Scale

I have been searching for a interior model that is both modern, contemporary, and looks like a modern day billionaire would live there. The main thing that I see is that I can find either large scale interior but they look like an older historic house, or I can find a nicely architected room but it looks feasible and not too ostentatious. What I am looking for is something that looks like they had a lot of money to burn and just made all of the rooms large because they could.

I am talking about 16-20 foot tall ceilings. All doors between rooms should be double doors and the doors themselves should be 10-12 feet tall. Each archway between rooms should be large enough to drive a moving van through. The hallways even should be on the scale of a hotel with enough room to drive a car down the hallway. This larger scale not only denotes that the property is fancier but it also makes it easier to move the cameras around and even get shots through a doorway. The keyword here is that I would instantly buy a modern home that is "spacious."

Here are some TV examples, real world examples, and models that you can buy for 3D Studio:

While you wait for someone to release that, would you consider increasing the scale of interiors you already like? You could repurpose and refurnish this: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/the-lobby/111652/

And you could increase the scale of these: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/the-lobby/111652/ (kitchen props can be hidden and replaced)

https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/contemporary-home/101969/ All of these sets are extremely realistic. Recently the vendor inexplicably replaced all of the Reality promos with Daz/3Delight renders. Hope that helps.

Pardon the redundant link in my first post. It should have been this: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/loft-apartment/100859/

I found some more real world examples of what I am looking for in an ideal product. These are modern day houses and the scale of each ceiling, door, and archway is about the scale that I am looking for. I just think it will make for more dramatic renders where you can freely move the camera and maybe even have the room to fit things fantasy items like a robot in there.

Chohole, I have that apartment from Stonemason and I was thinking about converting it to Iray but I think no one would be able to tell the difference since it looks so good in 3Delight. I also am not sure about using it for a mansion setting since it really looks like a loft/apartment. I could probably make it work by moving the furniture but I am not sure where I would stick a bedroom or a kitchen. That is an option though.

Maxamillion 123, I have some of those sets and am currently converting a modern apartment.

I thought about getting some of those other ones but I thought I would take a shot at requesting a product first since I think it would take quite a bit of work to re-furnish an entire home with matching furniture.

FYI. I have experimented with just enlarging the walls of existing interior scenes. The main thing that makes it look bad is that usually the doors are attached to the wall props. So the doors can get larger or even wider which works great. The problem is that even if you only increase the Y scale of the walls, then the doorknobs get too big, too high up on the door, or can become not round anymore. It would probably take a very modular product where the doorknobs are separate objects to be able to accomplish it with this method.

Thank you both for the advice though. I will likely use some of it while I wait and give it a try.

Edit: Here are some of those modern mansion photos so you don't have to sift through the article to enjoy the interior design:

Nice place. (modern mansion photos) Since you have Luxury Home as well, I guess you may have to wait until Stonemason or Jack Tomalin do an entire house.

I didn't think about the doorknobs. I guess you could only make it work if there were doorhandles (but they still might be too high). Since you have Contemporary Living, if you used that furniture and the stuff from The Pool House, then you might have your living area covered for furniture? There's some nice furniture in Dream Lounge, which I bought during an 85% off sale (or some ridiculous discount). http://www.daz3d.com/dream-lounge

I'm using Contemporary Living as a penthouse, and I put the bedroom behind the door upstairs, and I put the kitchen behind the door where the rock garden is.

Here are the results of that conversion from the contemporary products you mention to Iray. It looks like the right style but definitely a small apartment. I made it be on the beach so it seems a little fancier. Also, not enough displacement and spec maps are supplied for some objects, so I end up with having to replace the entire texture in some cases. At these high-res renders, you start to see some models that needed a few more polygons as well.

Also, here are some renderings I did of a conversion from the Chroft Apartment. They really show off the potential of converting the textures from 3Delight to Iray. On these renders, I was able to use all of the original diffuse, spec, and bump maps. This product just had really good texture maps but the lighting wasn't showing them to their full potential. This also is the style I am wanting but still looks like an apartment.

This looks very nice. Good work. But I can see what you mean. It does not have the expansive scale of the grand rooms in a modern palace. Thanks for sharing these.

This might not be exactly what your looking for, but I'm currently putting the finishing touches on this.

I designed it with the idea that it's the top-floor of a luxury high-rise that an incredibaly wealthy CEO/Real Estate Mogul owns and lounges around in, while surrounded by European Super models..........Like Donald Trump or a Lex Luthor type, lol.

These renders are a few weeks old from when I first started it, it's been been updated a lot.  It does have high ceilings, and there are 2 additional rooms not shown in the pictures.

I should be submitting it for testing next week, hopefully Daz goes for it.

Also, most of Jack Tomalins sets have really high-ceilings.  A few of them, like Rural Chateua, look like they could easily be fixed up for a modern day look:
