HLME3D Ko For Genesis 9 Product not installing

Anyone having similar problems with the above assets, I've tried all download methods and the assat does not appear in daz strudio. I have all the Genesis 9 requiremenrts

    What is "all download methods"?

    If you have tried to install using Connect (from inside Daz Studio), that will take priority, no matter what else you do.

    And when you say it doesn't appear, is that in Smart Content or in Content Library (there might be wrong meta-data).

    Have you tired to look if the files are where they are supposed to be?
