Scaling Studio's UI without blur and Loupedeck dials?

Two fairly specific and odd questions here, hopefully someone might be able to answer. :)
- Is there a way to scale DAZ Studio's interface down (for example, 125% or 150% on a 4K screen) and keep the text and interface elements sharp on Windows? Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint can do it, but I only get blurry results with DAZ Studio and Zbrush.
- Has anyone tried using a Loupedeck with DAZ Studio? I'm curious to know if you pass the cursor over a parameter dial, can you then use the Loupedeck's physical dial to adjust it?

My understanding is that UI scaling requires an update in the version of QT which DS is built upon, which means DS5.
