User Preferences: DIM Pop-Up & How to Disable

Is this new?  Suddenly I'm getting a bizzarre pop-up wanting me to watch Jay Versluis chat with Colm Jackson-- probably about Render Studio. 

Can it the pop-up be disabled?  Couldn't find anything in the UI-- gear icon, etc.

Screenshot is a bit satirical.  I get that way when annoyed.  No offense intended.  : )

    Yes this seems to be happening since I updated DIM this morning.

    Haven't found a way to completly disable it. 

    They have time to do this but not fix the forum attachments.

    Yes, I'm having to use Imgur-- been a while.  Hopefully they'll fix it or realize it's a turn off (for some at least.)

    The litle grey box with the minus sign at the top right of the popup will minimise it - but I don't know how to turn it off completely.

    I don't know how you are getting that, that notification will appear only in the Ready To Download tab while processing the download queue. Your screen shot shows the Installed tab with no queue being processed. I just checked in case some setting had gone awry overnight and that is how it works for me, while processing the queue in the Ready To Download tab and nowhere else even while downloading.

    Thanks for repies.  If can't be disabled, just have to live with it when doing on-line install.  (In Dante's Inferno, I think Sales and Marketing was around the 7th or 8th level of Hades along with Human Resources...)

    Anyway, I apologize if satire composite lead to misunderstanding & more work for anyone.  For the record, the pop-up 'invitation' only appears in the 'Ready to Download' tab while installing a product or proucts.  : )
