Change Email Still Broken [All Sorted]

Just tried to change my email due to the one linked to my account is about to be no more. I do the change and get an email to the old email address saying do I wan't to, I click the link it says it was successful yet the email address is still the old one, and when I check I get the "* new email address waiting for confirmation" and as far as I can tell I just confirmed it.

Update: Turns out was me who made an error. lol

I've not used that function before but it sounds like maybe an error or miscommunication with the website and so something to raise a support ticket for: https://bugs.daz3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thank you for the info, I thought it may have been something like that and was thinking about doing a ticket. But then after I had turned off my computer as had to go to work, it dawned on me where I had gone wrong. For some reason I forget why, but I had made an alternate account here, using the email address I was trying to use for my main account. And as such was having this particular issue, in other words it was user error and nothing more.
