People for archviz...

Hi all,
Been away from needing people in renderings for a long time. I need them now ;)
Basically, I need configurable (change pose, height, weight, etc.) 3d people with clothing and accessories for archviz projects. These generally are going to be casual, business, and "environmental" (some with uniforms, construction clothes, etc.) as well as seasonal clothes.
For the most part, they will be seen from at least a few feet away, generally more, and will be in everyday poses - walking, talking, sitting, etc.
I'm not sure if DAZ is the way to go for this - or, if so, which base models I should be looking at. I also can't quite tell what comes with the base installation.
Any suggestions appreciated.

The best bang for your buck is Lorenzo and Loretta LoRez for background characters. If they need to hold up closer to the camera, you can get good results with any generation of Genesis, but more recent generations have higher-resolution textures and are optimized for PBR. Genesis 9 comes with a few different skin textures and a unisex figure, so you can get more mileage out of the starter essentials. A few morph packs, starting with the Daz basic packs, give you a lot of options for creating characters, and OutofTouch makes mega wardrobe packs that give you a lot of different options for clothing.
for ArcVis you are probably better off using something like Twinmotion or Lumion
Thanks - I'll take a look! Is there a list of what the base installation comes with? Searched around but I couldn't find anything specific.
Twinmotion and Lumion don't allow the user to create/modify characters.
