Does anyone know how the Cyberpunk Dark City works?
https://www.daz3d.com/cyberpunk-dark-city
I load up the scene, set Iray preview, and it's black, and no matter how I adjust x,y,z coordinates it's just black all the time. No buildings, no fog, no lights.
Please help!
P.S. I would show a screenshot but the server is down again. Which makes it very hard to get help in the forums without being able to show examples to go with the questions.

I'm not going to be of much help, as I'm not technical, but there are things I can confirm and ask to hopefully help you trouble-shoot: I have the dark city and it loads properly for me with one click, in shaded mode, and then the iray preview works as intended. So, my questions would be: can you see anything in the shaded mode? Did you check using one of the preset cameras? (to make sure you aren't inside a building etc.) And lastly, the annoying turn-it-off-and-on-again: did you try reinstalling the product?
If that all fails, I hope others, more knowledgable will help.
Your help is greatly appreciated!
I did what you suggested and selected one of the cameras and it displayed as intended. Thank you!
You're welcome. I'm glad it was an easy fix! :)
You shall be aware that you don't end up inside a building. So if you move a camera check that.
Often times I'll go to Viewport mode (so I'm not looking at the scene through my made or moved camera), select the camara itself in Scene tab, then go look to see WHERE the camera wound up in scene (by clicking the View: Frame button (the square-with-+ symbol in the VIewport window) to see where it went in relation to other objects.
Incidentally, one useful thing to know is that so long as the "lens" part of the camara is outside the wall or other object, the view from the camara will work. It doesn't matter as much if the "body" of the camera (the rectangular box that has the "film enclosure" on top) is embdded into the wall, the only bit that matters is that little 6-sided flat disky-thingy at the back of the lense-cowling is clear of the wall or object.
