Can't change email

I cannot seem to be able to change my email.

Help only says iopen a help ticket then the help ticket asks for a specific product order number and other specific order details...NOT related to simply changing my account email.

 

Any help?

Chris, I don't think that works any more - when I had to change my email earlier this year I had to open a support ticket. It all went through pretty easily and quickly except that I lost the newsletters and needed more support for reinstating that.

To the original poster, you can set the order number to N/A, same with software version, etc. Just target it at sales support.
