Kindred Arts Interior Speed lights HELP

Does anyone who has [Kindred Arts Interior Speed lights] this know how to make the culling camera work? The note that comes with it says to use the culling slider, but I don't see one anywhere. ANd if I adjust any of the planes, part of the picture doesn't render. Any advice appreciated.

I would exect the slider to be on the camera, or the group that contains camera and plane. It sounds as if it is just a Section plane parented to the camera - everything on one side gets hidden, so if you move it too far forward it will start hiding stuff you can normally see.
I expected it to be on the camera. I THINK that by default it is just removing everything outside the camera's frame, and that's mostly what I want. But was lost as to how to adjust it.

There the culling slider is under parameters - camera or currently used. I have both, but it is wierd, i can't find a culling slider in the speed lights camera.
I couldn't find the culling slider either. I'm pretty sure I submitted a help request about it, but haven't received a CS reply. Now the help request sign in button doesn't work (just refreshes the same page) so I can't check my existing requests.
You are the second person to say that, I think - I am still able to sign in, then click my name and see My Activities using Firefox. Using my @daz3d.com I can get to the same page in Edge.
I don't mind buying the other one, but the product page doesn't list it as required. I might get the other one just to have more options.
I'm also using Firefox. I'm on Windows 10, if that matters. Of course, my email is not @daz3d.com. I am using a Gmail address.

I bought the other set--it was like 4 dollars--and the culling camera in that one clearly works, even with the hdris from the new set.
FWIW, I clicked on your link Barbult and it to took me straight to a page where I could put in a help request. Is it not doing that for you?
It just goes back to the same page I was on, with the button to sign in. It has an image of a lady's eyes and "How can we help" with a search bar. I'm signed into the store and forum, but I can't sign in to the help center.
I wonder if the help center sign in problem is related to that website testing, where different people had different versions. Maybe it works for some versions, but not others.
That's odd. Mine went to that page, and then refreshed to the submit a ticket page. And there are two links at the top--submit a ticket and published artists help center. It's weird thought because I am not a published artist so I would think I shouldn't have access to that.
I'm on Firefox, and the account I use there is not a Daz 3D address. Currently I have the image drop down again (after a spell with the old-style menu) and the other account had the sidebar. I can't think why it would matter, but I don't have Daz Deals installed.
I guess I have what you refer to as the old style menus now. I tried starting firefox in Safe Mode (no extensions, etc.) I still cannot sign in to the help center. Safe mode behaves exactly like normal mode.
Try with a different browser, maybe?
I use Firefox and was able to sign in and look at my activity with no issue just now. When the new menus rolled out I started with the text menus and now have the image menus. Maybe try to clear out your Cache and history and see if that helps?
I tried a different computer and it worked there. When I'm back on the other one, I'll try clearing cache.
Still, i hope and from my good impression assume kindredarts will fix this product by adding the missing culling slider.
I also have bought these 2 products, so maybe using the camera from
https://www.daz3d.com/interior-light-pro-for-filament-and-iray
will fix the problem for the time being.
