How to add more specularity for tears?

I'm making a tear for G9.
I think one of the ingredients to make the tear believable is specularity.
To make the certain area of the tear surface to have highlight.
But I don't find any option to control that in iray (uber) shader.

Mainly glossiness , refraction and top coat relevant parameters on the surface need to be tweaked. Then well place a light to give it both glossy and refraction effect. Besides, the more smoother the tears you make, the more natural the effect will be.
