Order hung on processing

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I just made an order and it is hung on processing. The amount was taken from my bank account but I am unable to download the purchase.

    Are you using a script blocker? I get that sometimes if I don't enable all the scripts on the order page.

    No script blocker, just vanilla Edge with addblocker turned off.

    I opened another window to see if I can download the products but the order page shows Pending for that particular order.

    Well just figured out how to submit a ticket. Finding how to do this had me feeling the process is a bit obfuscated and would help to make it a bit more easier to find as a customer.
