DAZ Studio 4.21 Launches and Freezes

For a variety of reasons, I had  to re-install my Win10 OS and all my programs. With all seemingly as it should be, I discover that DAZ Studio opens and simply freezes. My mouse is ignored as if I were navigating over an image file. I cannot select anything. Interestingly, DAZ Studio launches without presenting the log-in screen. I suppose it's just a matter of re-installing the beast. Has anyone a better idea? Thanks to one and all.

(It isn't the mouse BTW. Other programs work just fine.)

    The problem is solved. I un-installed Scene Builder for DAZ Studio and the beast is itself again. Odd but manage-able.
