Is there a way to convert Izabella 7 to work with Genesis 8 female or Genesis 9?

You could also try the ManFriday converter for G3 to G9, but some G3 models were not converting correctly and the PA couldn't find a solution.

This is for morphs only. There is no converter for HD morphs though
