Altern8 style shader for Genesis 9

Are there any products that yeild the same kind of skin results for Genesis 9 that Altern8 does for Genesis 8? I have tried to use Altern8 of G9 but it only chages the torso and I can't get the limbs to match.

I recommend 1-Click PBRSkin if your goal is to lighten or darken skin, reduce the red/orange tint in skin, or convert Iray Uber skin to PBR Skin. Here is the commercial thread about it.
