How can I fix this? Just bought this product and when I tried to load it this appeared

    Moved to Techncial Help as it is not a Daz Studio application topic.

    Do you own Daz Dragon 3, and have it installed? Crystal Dragon for the Daz Dragon 3 is an add-on, not a stand-alone product.
