In the picture, one of the hats, the one that says "Love Rules" is two tone.  When I used the product, I can't find an option to make two tone hats.  The only option I can find makes a hat of one solid color with text on the front.  Is there an option to make different sections of the hat different colors that I missed?

It has multiple material zones. You should be able to get that effect by manually adjusting the settings on the Back and BackTrim zones.
