Recently Purchased Products Not Showing in DIM

I just bought some items a short while ago and I opened my DIM to install them and they are not there. I used DIM yesterday and it worked fine, everything that should be there was but not today.

Is there a glitch going on with the DIM??

Hi Richard, Yes I am manually installing them now. I prefer to use DIM but in a pinch I can manually install. I changed nothing with the DIM and I am wondering why they are not showing up there now? It worked fine yesterday...Things just seem to alway work fine..until they don't :(

Have you checked your download filters to make sure everything you expect to be checked is so?

Yes I used the filters and they are not there. Maybe they will show up later..I am just glad I can install manually..tho it is a pain but at least I have them.

I think if they are there in your product library and your filters are correct then I am not sure a time period is in play there.  I have had this happen once (that I know about) where a product that I have purchased was available in the product library but refused to show up in DIM - in that instance I had to raise a support ticket who resolved the issue.

You can always manually download, then place the zips in the folder DIM uses for its downloads and on refresh/restart they will appear in Ready To Install.

 Update: Placing the zip files in the folder DIM uses made them show up! I did not know that would work, Thank you Richard!
