Assuming the product is of interest, buy it the first day it comes out for that [so far] is the best price. If it stays available for a few more days it goes up in price a dollar.
Once it is bought OR is in the cart with today's new items, today's new items are at a better sale price. One does not have to purchase the Golden Ticket of the same day the new items are released. So, for eg., if you purchased the Golden Ticket yesterday, today's new items will receive the discount.
